  • Top tip from your experience: Set a target race. Train consistently, run the right distances the right way in training. Build up your capacity by gradually increasing your anaerobic threshold with interval training once per week, and incorporating a weekly longer run. Race in other races towards your target race. Taper before your race. Allow recovery period after the race. Keep a training dairy and take recovery / non running days during your training. Be disciplined but enjoy and have fun with your running training and racing.
