  • Why did you start running? I started to run because I got volunteered for the great North run
  • Injuries received?: I have not received any injuries as of yet, touch wood
  • Furthest Distance ran?: half marathon
  • Trainers worn: I use the Lincoln runner and have always been recommended Brooks trainers
  • Top tip from your experience: Try and enjoy running and if you find it difficult during a race just slow down for a few mins to recover and keep remembering that this is supposed to be fun not torture
  • How many miles do you run per week? 20 miles
  • Favourite Running Kit? My compression socks my long karrimor running trouser and my grc top
