Favourite race: Newton Fraction as it was my first race.
Why did you start running? To try and get fit and healthy for my children.
Injuries received?: Few blisters and the odd stiff back, nothing serious touch wood.
Furthest Distance ran?: 15 miles.

Top tip from your experience: Remember to enjoy yourself.
How many miles do you run per week? Try to do at least two 10km runs.
Other hobbies? Darts, ten pin bowling and searching for my ball when trying to play golf.
GRC was formed during the summer of 2010 by a group of runners
ranging from the complete novice to the seasoned club runner.
Since forming we have been a vibrant, growing club with almost
200 members and three UKA licensed coaches and twelve UKA licensed run leaders . We hope that joining not only
improves the times and enjoyment from your running but also introduces
you to new friends and the activities we take part in.
