Favourite race: Although not run it yet, I love the Summer Solstice route, the Lincoln Wellington 5k series is a great 4 race series to run.
Why did you start running? To improvide fitness and the social side.
Injuries received?: Adductor strain.
Furthest Distance ran?: Half marathon.
Trainers worn: Brooks Adrenaline GTS and Brooks Cascadia.
Favourite running kit? Adidas kit and Hilly socks.
How many miles do you run per week? 15-20.
Other hobbies? Cycling (Road and Mountain), hill walking.
GRC was formed during the summer of 2010 by a group of runners
ranging from the complete novice to the seasoned club runner.
Since forming we have been a vibrant, growing club with almost
200 members and three UKA licensed coaches and twelve UKA licensed run leaders . We hope that joining not only
improves the times and enjoyment from your running but also introduces
you to new friends and the activities we take part in.
