  • Why did you start road running? I wanted to try and get fit so signed up to the first grc crouch to 5k course and haven't looked back since
  • Injuries received?: Touch wood I've had nothing more than a few blisters and sore muscles

  • Top running tip for beginners: Have faith in yourself it will seem hard at first but will be so worth it in the end and a good pair of shoes.
