Favourite Race: Langtoft 10k -not my fastest 10k but proved to myself I could run well if I put my mind to it
Least Favourite race: eye10k I proper messed up this race and had to stop walk for a bit
Biggest running achievement: taking part in my first half marathon and doing the equinox 24
Why did you start road running? I wanted to try and get fit so signed up to the first grc crouch to 5k course and haven't looked back since
Injuries received?: Touch wood I've had nothing more than a few blisters and sore muscles

Top running tip for beginners: Have faith in yourself it will seem hard at first but will be so worth it in the end and a good pair of shoes.
Favourite running kit? My GPS watch and running sunglasses
Other hobbies? Ten pin bowling, golf and going to concerts
GRC was formed during the summer of 2010 by a group of runners
ranging from the complete novice to the seasoned club runner.

200 members and three UKA licensed coaches and twelve UKA licensed run leaders . We hope that joining not only
