GRC AGM 2023

The Grantham Running Club 2023 AGM has been scheduled for Friday 27th October7.30pm – 9pm.

The venue for the GRC 2023 AGM is the Grantham Tennis Club, Gonerby Road, Gonerby Hill Foot, Grantham, NG31 8HU, with the intention being that we continue the evening with drinks in Grantham afterwards.

This AGM will also be live-streamed on the GRC Facebook page.

The current committee is dissolved during the AGM, and then the new committee is elected in.

Nominations

If you would like to nominate someone for a role, please speak to them first, and then send an email to secretary@granthamrunningclub.co.uk with your nomination.

This email will need to be sent no later than midday on Thursday 19th October.
The Secretary will then email the nominated person to seek their approval to stand for that position.
A list of nominations, with roles, will be published (GRC Facebook and email) on Friday 20th October.
Nominations for Non-Officer roles can be made on the night. If any Officers roles are not fulfilled, then the next committee meeting will be responsible for fulfilling those roles.
The voting for nominations will be via a ‘show of hands’ for those members in attendance, or via the live Facebook feed for members ‘attending’ online.
