North Midlands XC – Allestree Park
Cross country really is a great half day out for club members and we always have a good time, regardless of the weather or running conditions. This was a tough one. It didn’t look too bad from the start, (although you could see that the finish was uphill!), but the slippery mud and relentless inclines……

Doncaster 10K
On a fresh but sunny morning on Sunday 30th November, 23 runners from GRC made their way to Doncaster to take part in the ever-popular 10k race.
