Beginning to Run Programme Now Open!

Do you want to start running, but find it hard to motivate yourself? Too many people start running but can’t remain motivated, and without like-minded people to encourage you along the way, running can seem a lonely way to get fit.

Our Beginning to Run programme is open to all abilities, and is perfect if you’re new to exercise – the plan is all about starting slowly and building up your distance gradually. All participants will benefit from a 10 week fully coached programme, building fitness and endurance, confidence and knowledge. You’ll be supported along the way by our enthusiastic and fully qualified UK Athletics Coaches and Run Leaders

You set the pace – our goal is to let you set your own targets and help you safely achieve them.

The Beginning to Run programme starts on Monday 28th April, from Grantham Tennis Club, Gonerby Road, Grantham, NG31 8HU. Sessions will run on Monday’s and Thursday’s. At this time we welcome participants that are over 18 only.
